Sound familiar?

Why your pipeline isn't a pipeline.

It's seven tools, three spreadsheets, and the founder's memory. Four problems, in some combination.

HubSpot Apollo Sheets Slack DM Notion
01 · Scattered pipeline

Deals everywhere. Truth nowhere.

Lead going cold
02 · Slow follow-up

Hot leads cool while you sleep.

Domain · blocked
03 · Outbound burns domains

Cold email gets you blacklisted.

?
04 · No real forecast

Sales is a guess, not a plan.

Here's how we fix it

Four problems, one playbook.

01 · One source of truth

HubSpot or Salesforce as home base.

02 · Speed to lead

You hear it before they cool.

03 · Compliant outbound

Domains warm, inboxes opened.

04 · Real forecast

A pipeline you can trust.

Before the call

Questions we get most.

Salesforce or HubSpot? +
Both. We pick based on team size, existing tooling, deal complexity and admin overhead, not religion. Decided after one call.
Will my reps actually use it? +
They'll have to enter less data, not more. Adoption is a UX problem we own. Every step that can be automated, is. We measure adoption in week-2 logins, not signed contracts.
Cold email, is it spam? +
No. Verified domains, warmup periods, persona-relevant copy, suppression on bounces. Inbox-tested before any campaign goes out. Compliant with CAN-SPAM, GDPR.
Can you fix what we already have? +
Often yes. We start with audit before recommending replatform. About half our CRM engagements are clean-up, not rebuild.
What about data migration? +
Yes. Deduped, mapped, validated, dry-run on staging. Zero history loss. Custom properties, deal stages, activity logs all preserved.
How fast can we start outbound? +
Domain warm-up takes a couple of weeks before any outbound goes live. We use that time to build the ICP, copy, and sequences. First send happens once warm-up is healthy.

A pipeline that runs without you touching it.

First CRM setup, replatform, or full outbound engine. Tell us where you are.
