Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 June 2026

This policy explains what information Digital TEN X (“we”, “us”) collects when you use digitaltenx.qa, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Digital Ten X Trading and Services is based in Doha, Qatar. Questions: contact@digitaltenx.qa.

What we collect

  • When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address, the message or brief you write, and the time slot you choose — used only to reply, schedule the call, and follow up.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). This uses cookies and loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Technical logs: our host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for the site to work, and — only if you accept — analytics cookies (Google Analytics). We apply Google Consent Mode, so no analytics cookies are set until you opt in. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We rely on trusted providers to run the site: Hostinger (hosting and transactional email via Site Mailer) and Google (Analytics, and Search Console for SEO). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Qatar, including in the EU and the US.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, and are deleted on request. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email contact@digitaltenx.qa and we will respond promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
