Does this need an AI? +
Often no. We use AI only when classification, summarisation or generation moves the needle. The highest-impact flows are usually pure logic and integrations.
What if something breaks? +
Every flow has error alerts to Slack and email, retry logic, and a manual override. You'll know before your customers do.
Will you use my customer data? +
Only what's necessary, with explicit consent. We never train on your data. Where AI APIs are used, we use enterprise endpoints with no-training guarantees.
Can my team build on top? +
Yes. Documentation, training session, and the flows are on your accounts. You can extend, fork or rebuild whenever.
Make, n8n, or Zapier? +
All three. Make for visual flows at volume. n8n self-hosted for compliance. Zapier for fast prototypes. We pick on volume, complexity, cost and compliance.
Do you handle compliance? +
Yes. GDPR, SOC 2 lite, no-training AI endpoints, EU data residency where needed. We document everything for your security review.
